The operation of Lake Kiowa is governed by several key documents: the Covenants, By-Laws, Rules & Regulations, and the Architectural Control Handbook. These documents are available on both the public and members-only parts of the website. In addition, numerous documents are continuously created or updated and posted on the members-only part of the website: Agendas for Board meetings, approved Minutes of past Board meetings, the annual Budget, etc.
Note: The agenda for the next Board meeting will normally be posted on the Friday prior to the regularly scheduled Monday meeting.
